FAQs
When do I have to place my orders by?
Order cut-off time for next day delivery is 10am, but the earlier the better. If you have missed the cut-off time for next day delivery and would like to place an order, please contact the studio to see if we would be able to deliver.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver flowers to the whole of Perth Metro.
When do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday and limited deliveries on Saturday. We also deliver on Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
Can I request a delivery at a specific time?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer specific times for delivery. Delivery will be completed by 5pm for business locations and by 6pm for residential locations.
Do you have a delivery fee?
Cost of delivery will be $25 for all of Perth Metro.
Will my order Look exactly like the photo?
Due to seasonal availability of some flowers and unable to access some flowers all year round, arrangements may differ slightly. We always use the best floral availability at the time.
Do you create bespoke personal arrangements and bouquets?
Absolutely. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer flower subscriptions?
Yes, we do. Receive a bouquet or arrangement created by our florists using seasonal flowers. We offer fortnightly or monthly flower delivery subscriptions. We have a standard or premium subscription.
